Virtual Fitness Assessment (ONLY)

$149

The assessment will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hr(s) and includes the following:


  • Postural Assessment to find muscle imbalances and their potential causes.
  • Balance Evaluation
  • Upper and Lower extremity strength, endurance, and transitional movement
  • Cardiovascular endurance

The assessment is to help to establish a baseline fitness level and ensure accuracy in the development of an exercise prescription. 


Preparation: The below guidelines will ensure your assessment is conducted safely and comfortably:


  • Get a good night’s sleep.
  • Drink plenty of fluids in the 24 hours leading up to your assessment.
  • Avoid any moderate to vigorous exercise(s) within 24 hours prior to the assessment.
  • Do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours prior to the assessment.
  • Avoid caffeine products (such as coffee, soda, or tea) should be avoided on the day of testing.
  • Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products should be avoided 24 hours prior 

Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription (6 Weeks)

The Exercise Prescription is an individualized 3-day per week exercise plan that is developed to meet your fitness needs based on the results of the assessment. It includes a variety of exercises to improve your muscular endurance & strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular. A reassessment is also included to measure your progress. 

Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription (10 Weeks)

$349

The Exercise Prescription is an individualized 3-day per week exercise plan that is developed to meet your fitness needs based on the results of the assessment. It includes a variety of exercises to improve your muscular endurance & strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular. A reassessment is also included to measure your progress.
